Health Benefits

Please note that your benefits (health, life, disability) end at midnight on the last day of the pay period in which your employment ends.
Federal COBRA law allows you to continue medical, dental and vision plans you are enrolled in at the time of your employment end date.

- There may be other coverage options for you and your family. You may be able to buy coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Additionally, you may qualify for a special enrollment opportunity for another group health plan for which you are eligible (such as a spouse’s plan), even if the plan generally does not accept late enrollees, if you request enrollment within 30 days of your Compucom benefit termination date.

You will receive a COBRA enrollment packet in the mail at your home address from COBRA and Billing Services (Compucom’s COBRA administrator). Contact the Billing Services Team at 833-874-1600 with any COBRA questions.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Life is a journey, not a destination. No matter where you are on your journey, there are times when a little help can go a long way toward achieving your goals. Your EAP program offers you and your household members a variety of resources, tools, and services to help make your life a little easier.

Getting the help you need, when you need it, can result in you leading a happier, more productive life.

Life Insurance

You may be eligible to continue your life insurance by converting/porting to an individual policy. Contact Sun Life within 31 days of your termination date at 800.247.6875 for additional information about your options, including rates.

401(k)

To request a distribution or rollover of your 401(k) account, access your account online or call Fidelity at 1.800.835.5095, option 1.
If the vested account balance (not including any rollovers into your Compucom 401(k) account) is under $1,000, your account is subject to being automatically cashed out. Please contact Fidelity for information about options available to you.

Payroll and Personal Information Access

Should you need to update your personal information including address changes, banking information or choose to view prior pay slips, you can still access your Workday account through March 31 of the year following your termination date. See Workday Access instructions below.
W-2 Forms are usually sent out the last week of January.
Re-prints of duplicate W-2 forms will be available after February 15.

Workday Access

You must have a non-network password to access Workday after you have terminated from Compucom.
To request an external password reset to the external Workday site, send an E-mail to Compucom’s HRIS team at HRIS Requests - hrisrequests@compucom.com. Make sure to include your full name and former Compucom Workday ID number in the subject line.
Our HRIS team will facilitate access and additional instructions within 1-2 business days.
