Medical, Dental and Life Insurance

For information regarding continuation of your medical, dental and life insurance coverage, contact Manulife within 31 days of your termination date. You should contact Manulife immediately in order to start this process. Please contact Manulife at 1-800-268-6195 to discuss your options.


Defined Contribution Pension Plan and Retirement Savings Plan

Request a transfer of your DCPP and/or RRSP pension account balances. Sun Life will mail a termination packet to your home address with your options to transfer money out of the plan, once your final contributions are funded to your account. You may view your account online at https://sunlife.ca/member  or you may contact customer service at 866-733-8612.



Expense Reporting

As a terminated associate, you will no longer have access to iExpense to submit online expense reports. Therefore, you must submit an expense report manually to easyHR. See Expense Report Form.


Payroll Information

To access your last pay stub and/or update your address, log into Workday based on the instructions provided below.

T-4 Forms are usually mailed during the last week of February.


Workday Access

  • You must have a non-network password to access Workday after you have terminated from CompuCom. 
  • If you have previously accessed Workday from outside the CompuCom network, whether on your computer or your phone, you should use the same password.
  • If you have not previously accessed Workday from outside the CompuCom network, you must reset your Workday password by following steps 1 or 2 below.

Step 1.  External Access via Web-Browser using https://wd5.myworkday.com/compucom/login.flex?redirect=n

Only the following Internet browsers can be used to access Workday:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 10+)
  • Mozilla Firefox (version 17+)

Workday login is required:

  • Enter your CompuCom username
  • Password is CompucomMMYY! where MM is the month and YY is year of your birth followed by the exclamation point as the special character, for example Compucom0155!
  • You will then be prompted to change your password

Step 2.  Mobile Access via Android Phone/Tablet, iPhone  & iPad using Workday App

  • Download and install the appropriate app from Google Play or iTunes
  • Tenant name: compucom (case sensitive)
  • Workday Login is Required (CompuCom Username and Password: CompucomMMYY! where MM is the month and YY is year of your birth followed by the exclamation point as the special character)
  • You will then be prompted to change your password.

If you are unable to log in using any of the options above, send an email to HRISRequests@compucom.com.


Record of Employment

An electronic ROE will be submitted to Service Canada within five days of your final pay. If you do not have access to the Internet at home you can view your ROE via My Service Canada Account using a kiosk at a Service Canada Centre or from any computer with public Internet access.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional short-term counseling to help former associates in resolving difficult problems. It is available at no cost to all associates and anyone significant in their life for 90 days after your termination date.
